The scammers are duplicating real estate.com advertising, ask for identity documents and approve your application without you seeing inside the house – they might ask you to do a drive past, then of course they ask you to transfer 4 weeks rent to their account. Always make sure you speak to your agent. Most agents will never approve you for a property without an internal inspection.
