Accommodation for 9 people in this new shack (2018 build ) Direct water frontage with lawn to the water , small beach and new jetty (2019 build ) Greenways Landing is family friendly with only 8 shacks in the group, offering a secluded holiday destination with very little river traffic. The Council Ramp is only 500 metres away. Ideally located with private jetty and access to kms of uninterrupted river, perfect for skiing, kayaking ( 2 provided) , fishing and walking. The shack has 4 bedrooms ( 2 x queens, 1 x double and 3 single beds) 3 bathrooms, open living area, dining, kitchen area , spacious deck and laundry. Reverse cycle air conditioning , ceiling fans ( in bedrooms and on the deck ) , TV, DVD player, microwave and BBQ are also provided. The Kitchen and living area open via large sliding doors to the deck overlooking the river, providing a fantastic outdoor dining and living space to make the most of the gorgeous scenery , tranquillity and spectacular sunsets that the River Murray offers. Nildottie is 115km from Tea Tree Gully, 40 minutes from Murray Bridge and under an hour from Mannum. We support the Swan Reach supermarket, which has a great range of everything you might need, just 10 mins up the road. Bring your own linen and firewood ( if fireban permits) No bucks parties, hens parties or large gatherings. Strictly no pets inside. Highchair available in the laundry. A cleaner is available at an extra cost- Please contact agent Main vacuum cleaner is located bottom long cupboard in the kitchens. 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum stay for a long weekend Peak $450 per night / Off peak $400 per night.
