Buy fresh eggs from next door and enjoy the freshest ingredients from road stalls around us. Our fresh weekly markets are great too in Murwillumbah and surrounding villages. House Rules: The river is not fenced so there is NO barrier between the house and the river. You must be aware of this if you have children on the property. The swimming pool is fully fenced. Sheds are out of bounds and no one is permitted to go near them. The sheds are not close to the house, however. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Although we have a boat ramp, it cannot be used to launch your boat. There is a public boat ramp at Condong approx 1 km from the house. Please be cautious on the boat ramp. It can be extremely slippery, especially on lower tides as the high tide can bring mud onto the ramp. * No smoking inside the house or where smoke can blow back into the house * No parties (or events without owner consent) * No pets The house needs to be left in a good tidy, clean and well maintained condition.
