The premises consists of a house (detached self-contained residential building situated on a torrens titled allotment in a residential zone) with a floorplan consisting of an eat-in kitchen, all-in-one bathroom, a lounge room, one large bedroom (3.5m x 4.1m), two small bedrooms (2.4m x 3.6m), a porch and a patio. This house is situated on land which is shared with other associated residential buildings which are not included in the accommodation.Off street parking for two vehicles is available at no extra charge. Below are the rates and details for what is included/not included in the accommodation costs Weekly rate: $650/week for upto 3 people, plus $75/week for each additional person Minimum 4 week stay, Maximum 12 week stay (for each booking). Rent must be paid in advance, prior to arrival. SERVICES INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE: mains electricity (average usage or less), mains water (average usage or less), weekly basic clean (kitchen & bathroom surfaces, kitchen & bathroom fixtures & floors throughout), linen service (if linen hire is purchased), monthly garden maintenance NOT INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATE: internet (but there is NBN fibre-to-node connected to the site), if you choose to get your current service transferred, or there is also coverage for most mobile broadband networks), laundry service (there is a clothes washer in the bathroom), soap/haircare products/laundry products or any other consumables, end of tenancy detail clean (this will be charged at $120 once at the end of the stay) Next Available Check In Date: Sunday 27th August 2023, from 3pm onwards (Check out by 11am at end of stay) Short Term Tenancy Bond: $1000 (to be deposited to Landlords Holding Bank Account prior to entry & refunded on exit, minus any outstanding fees/charges on account) n.b.
