This well maintained three bedroom, two bathroom cottage includes split system heating and disabled access to bathroom and a lovely balcony to take in the surroundings. Gas and electricity are included in the cost of rent. Successful applicants will live within a 15-acre property that has access to beautiful walking tracks, a citrus grove, two vegetable gardens and a greenhouse irrigated by a fern lined flowing creek. The approved applicant will be responsible for maintaining one of the communal vegetable patches on the property.
