Two fully furnished bedrooms are available for rent in a shared three-bedroom house. The rooms have new, modern roller blinds (most have dual-mesh privacy and block-out blinds) and have sufficient power sockets and antenna points for terrestrial TV. One male shift worker currently occupies one of the bedrooms. We are seeking two individuals to rent the remaining two rooms, initially for 30 to 90 days, and then on a long-term accommodation agreement. No inspection or background checks needed if booked via Airbnb! Ideal flatmates would have easygoing personalities and good senses of humour. BEDROOM 1: $290 per week rent, which includes insurance and water and internet utilities (unlimited Wi-Fi, 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, suitable for HD video and gaming). Bedroom 1, the largest of the three bedrooms, faces Highbrook Park on Ironbark Road. The rent for Bedroom 2 is lower than Bedroom 1 as it is slightly smaller and does not have a smart TV or built-in wardrobe (but there is still plenty of storage - see below). A large stainless-steel fridge and freezer, a bar fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and cooktop, a kettle, and a toaster are available. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for use in the laundry. There is also a Hills Hoist clothesline out the back of the house. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning is available throughout the house. Tenants may turn on and off "zones" in the bedrooms and kitchen to suit airflow and adjust cooling and heating.
