This room offers a selection of furnished rooms, each private and lockable for your comfort. Room 2 is a standard room furnished with a double bed and features reverse cycle air conditioning with its own individual meter. Residents share access to the common kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire compliance, all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets. LEASE LENGTH AND PRICING We accept either six-month (6) or twelve-month (12) leases. We do not accept shorter periods, and the price does not vary depending on the length of your lease. All prices are inclusive of your electricity, internet (including Wifi) and water. We love pets but unfortunately our share accommodation isn't suitable for pets.
