While the listing type may state "Studio", this is due to system limitations as there is no option for "Room". Under Queenslands strict fire compliance regulations, the tenancy is strictly single occupancy and couples are not permitted. All residents are bound by House Rules available from our office. Electricity and water are included, with free internet provided. Some properties with reverse cycle air conditioning may have individual meters, with consumption passed onto residents.
