In accordance with Queensland’s strict fire compliance regulations, the tenancy is strictly single occupancy and is governed by House Rules. Your rent includes electricity and water, with free internet provided for your convenience. Some properties with reverse cycle air conditioning may have individual meters installed, with consumption charges passed onto residents.
