2 Lewis Place, Withers

This little piece of paradise is located at the end of one of the quietest streets in Withers. Nestled into the hill, this split-level timber frame home has been built with expert precision and boasts parquetry flooring with Jarrah raked ceilings throughout the living/kitchen/meals area, giving a definite sense of character. The home lends itself to snuggling up on the couch, listening to the waves as you cast your gaze over the bushland below. The kitchen offers ample storage, a fridge/freezer recess, gas stove and glass-featured overhead cupboards. There are 3 queen-sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, and an above-average bathroom that includes a corner spa, tinted windows and heat light for those wild and wintery days. To add to this, there is a brick-paved 5m x 5m open space situated west of the property, perfect for watching the sun go down and catching up with your loved ones. The downstairs undercroft is an end-to-end garage with 8m+ clearance and sits behind one automatic roller door. There is room for 2 cars and/or a boat or caravan, and it also includes a 4m x 4m storage room and a 5m x 4m secure office.
