Large rooms are situated on the second floor and are carpeted and fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, file drawer, book shelf, bar fridge and hand basin. Room 46 is the last room available for couples at an extra cost. Is available single occupancy also. We also have single rooms from $145 per week are located in the Retreat house spread over three levels. Large rooms with own private balcony are located on the first floor for $220pw (couples may be considered for extra ) Currently all balcony rooms have been leased. Bathroom facilities and fully equipped kitchens are available on each level of the building. A weekly linen service is provided and coin operated laundry facilities are available. Wireless internet is available throughout the building. Spacious common rooms with a television are located on two levels of the Monastery Residence. A pool table and vending machine are available in the second level common room. A quiet study room is located on the first level. Outdoor BBQ facilities are available in the grounds. Close to public transport, ideal for both UON and TAFE students. Please note: The Monastery Residence is a smoke-free environment.
